RETURNS 

  • Eligibility for Returns:

    • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.

    • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

    • Sale or clearance items are non-returnable.

    • Personalized or custom items are also non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

  • How to Return an Item:

    1. Contact our customer service team at slimeshopita@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

    2. Once you receive your RA number, package the item securely in its original packaging and include the original invoice or proof of purchase.

    3. Send the item back to us using a traceable shipping service to the address provided with the RA number.

 

  • Shipping Fees:

    • The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or damaged. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

 

Refund Policy

 

  • Eligibility for Refunds:

    • Refunds are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

    • Refunds are available for eligible returns as outlined above.

    • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.

 

  • Processing Time:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving the return.

    • Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

Then contact the credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is formally registered.

Then contact your bank. There are often processing times for registering a refund.

  • Partial Refunds:

    • We reserve the right to issue partial refunds for items that are returned damaged, opened, or missing parts.

    • In some cases, restocking fees may apply

Refund for Unshipped Orders

If you wish to cancel or request a refund for an order that has not yet been shipped, we will process your request promptly.

  • How to Request a Refund for an Unshipped Order:

    • Contact our customer service team immediately at slimeshopita@gmail.com. Please include your order number and request for cancellation or refund.

    • Refunds for unshipped orders will be processed to your original payment method once the cancellation is confirmed. 

  • Refund Timing:

    • If your order has not yet been shipped, we will issue a refund as soon as the cancellation is confirmed, typically within 1–2 business days.

    • If the order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow the return procedure as outlined above.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, please be aware that your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are not included in the shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are payable upon arrival in the destination country. Please check with your local customs office for more details on potential import fees before placing your order.

! IMPORTANT !

If customs duties for a package are not paid, the courier may either destroy the package or return it to the sender. In such instances, SLIME SHOP ITALY is not responsible for reshipping the package at its own expense or providing a refund for the order.

ISSUES ASSISTANCE 

For any assistance regarding issues with your order, such as damage, missing items, or any other problems, we kindly ask that you provide a clear photo of the package immediately after it has been opened, along with all the packaging materials you received. This includes the outer box, any protective material, and the items inside.

This step is necessary for us to accurately assess the situation and process your request as quickly as possible. The photos help us identify any issues with the shipping, packaging, or handling, and ensure that we provide the best possible solution for you.

Please make sure that the photos are clear, well-lit, and show all relevant details. We cannot proceed with any claims or refunds without this visual evidence.

 

 

GIFT CARD

If at the time of purchase the item was marked as a GIFT CARD and shipped directly to you, you will receive a voucher corresponding to the value of the return. Upon receipt of the returned item, the gift voucher will be mailed to you.
